This is no longer just a static foundation. Today the app can generate warehouse stock plans, save adjustment drafts, build transfers, count live inventory at warehouse and cafe locations, create B2B orders and draft orders, recommend bulk coffee purchases, manage commissary make lists, and track external-site usage for inventory admins.
From here we can keep tightening the operational details: better forecasting, stronger commissary planning, better mobile counting flows, richer reporting, and more refined permissions by role, without having to rethink the overall structure again.
